Delivery Options

As a UK company all purchases made via this site are subject to current UK retailing law - so you can shop in confidence with us.

All transactions are made in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 and are explained in our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Shipping From Stock

We aim to deliver your items as quickly as possible. When in stock, orders are normally dispatched the same day when placed before 3.00pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 3.00pm will be processed the next working day.

We operate a real time stock system. If the item is in stock then the number of units available is displayed on the relevant product page. If no stock is available then a quantity is not displayed. We allow our customers to "back order" products out of stock. In this case our customer services will contact you by phone or email with an estimated shipping date.

Note: No payment is taken until goods are ready to ship.

Next Day Delivery

Our Next Day delivery service is through Interlink Express, who aim to deliver next working day between 9.00am and 5.00pm. Saturday morning and AM delivery options are available during the checkout process. We provide full tracking on all Interlink shipments and the link information is available from your order summary page if you have registered or via the link on the email confirmation

Caravan and Leisure Technology cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery. Shipments to Northern Ireland, Jersey, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Guernsey and Scottish Highlands may incur additional delivery costs and delivery time.

Battery Orders

Due to the special handling and shipping arrangements required, batteries are shipped from a third party warehouse. The service for Elecsol shipments is typically next working day for both courier and pallets. The free shipping on Exide batteries is typically 2-3 days.

PO Box Deliveries

We are unable to deliver to PO Box numbers as these are not accepted by our courier
